It's as though I didn't have schoolwork, really :P I know that there's a quiz tomorrow, that there are classes on Wednesday (even though I regularly don't) because of the AH1N1 outbreak, and that I've got reporting, essays, and cases to write. ARGH.

I just don't feel any drive. Even the keybies are beginning to stress me out; I look at my room and I think, "urgh". Then again, that's nothing new; I'm thinking it's the fact that we're moving that I feel kinda down.

Still, none of that stopped me from having fun watching Macross Frontier with Rocky today. Chillin on the couch with cheesed mashed potatoes for merienda, a fat Beh on my lap, a glass of coke in my hand, and just watching Ranka, Alto and Sheryl work out the kinks in their relationships... that's the life. I only wished Rocky could've stayed for dinner. Chuu.

It's going to be a busy week (OBLICON in three straight days will kill me if not for my sheer will to survive) but I'm glad for these little outlets.

Now I shall read Chapter 34 of Kuroshitsuji. That I just found out was released today. HOORAY!!

Is hella harder than it looks. That it would be tougher doing than watching is something I should've anticipated (because EVERYTHING is harder than it looks), but since I knew how to roller-skate, I thought I had an advantage.

Then I learned the main differences between ice and roller skating:
1.) Falling is much more painful on ice than it is on cement, especially on the hands. Freaking cold man.
2.) Actually moving on ice is easy; picking up speed is not. The opposite is true for rollerskating.
3.) Rollerskating never gave me blisters (Long socks are important!).

Rocky had it harder.. he never experienced any kind of skating, until now. Then again, it was undeniably fun learning together. Fell at least 5 times by ourselves and together at the same time and got exhausted afterwards, but also threw snowballs at each other, blew snow foam into each others hair, and learned how to go a little bit faster around the rink. Rocky did use me like a sled dog to move around sometimes, but then the next skating spree is on him :D

If I had my USB cable around, I'd post the pics.

Next time, I'ma learn to speed up even more by digging the blade of one foot in the ice and pushing myself forward! Never mind if I fall!!

I'll wear my extra long-sleeved jacket to cover my palms. Yay!

I am acutely aware that I did not have a paper-wrapped or tangible something for yesterday's important event, and it sucks. There are many excuses, but mainly, I will chalk it up to my inadequacy.

But I did have something. I just couldn't finish it.

And here is a poo-ree-byoo of what should have been.

I'm sorry it wasn't on time, but trust me. The real, finished thing is so much better.

Even though I felt my brain die yesterday (and as a result felt incredibly stupid) it was a happy afternoon, and though none of my *cough* intended plans went according to plan (still feeling stupid) I intend to make up for it, even if it kills me (and whatever remains of my brain.

Yesterday had dinner at Rocky's with his family, and we enjoyed roast beef, mashed potatoes, and Bagel. The roast beef was tasty, the mashed potatoes was creamy, and the Bagel did tricks! Rocky didn't think he was going to get a cake, until his family surprised him with one after he got all gloomy.

Then his friends surprised him with a party. If I didn't have a curfew I'd have been able to surprise him too, but alas. I could not participate in a surprise I knew about. At least I made sure Rocky was out of the house while his friends set up. Blah. I'm just making myself feel better :P

Now it's his dad's bday (twas his lolo's last wednesday) and unfortunately, though we originally planned to hang out this afternoon, there was a change in plan.

I broke the upstairs TV, and now my family hates me. It was in his and my best interest that he did not come over. Nyuu.

In better news...

I

HAVE

MY

LAPTOP!!

*sniffs* So... Happy...

I shall call him Caboose.

Twas a fine, fine day to walk the dog. Really. The sun was shining, the grass was prickling, the squishy was bouncing and the bunny was sweet. :D

We played with the rabbids before leaving though. Sorry for the wait Bagel! I was having too much fun with the lead rabbid again. It's one thing I'm just addicted to. At least you were sleeping. You'd need it for later.

Took her out for a little 'test walk', and after finding the right way to not strangle her when tugging the leash, armed with newspaper and spunk we set out for Serendra.

It was adorable how little kids came up to the little beagle, and it was a teeny weeny bit weird how the grown men came up to coo at her. Man was her butt heavy, but durn. She's just so cuddly. We walked Market Market all over to find her food, but alas. There was none. Not even in Rockwell!

Dinner was fondue of cheese with one hell of a kick. Again, I hate the fact that my tongue absolutely refuses the taste of wine point-blank. WHY, DANGIT? WHAY? Couldn't get drunk, couldn't fully enjoy, hell.

Anyway, by the end of the day, all three of us all conked out in Rocky's room. Played more rabbids, but after a while... we ended up sleeping. As in, zzzzzz.

Twas comfy and cozy, and though I got told off once I got home (for being late; I have no self-control) Twas a very, very good day.

Gin. I never thought it'd betray me so. But that's getting ahead of the story.

Yesterday we had an unofficial LitCircle meeting at Pier 1. I met some 107 people, (Erin, Pangs and Erika) and their first impression of me was hot. As in, I was hot. As in, I was so bloody hot and sweaty from commuting all the way from my house in the unholy heat that by the time I got to Pizza Hut the only thing I could do was lean over the couch seat and say "Hi."

We took two cabs to Pier 1, and met up with Jae and Ivick over at what would be the table that would witness our impending insanity. Kevin and the others arrived shortly after, even though they were the first to hail a cab. Whoohoo.

After a *coughcoughshortcoughcough* productive discussion on the general activities and the frosh welcoming on the 14th and 15th, in which we are to dress up as action heroes (I get to be Sparrow again!) the drinking commenced!

After looking over the Flaming Volcanoes, Blowjobs, and Screwdrivers, We decided to have one bottle of Gilbey's Premium, because they had no GSM Blue. I filled a glass with just that, and learned that that was hardcore. It felt hardcore. The gin tasted like rubbing alchohol. Thank God for all the 7Up and Sprite!

Mico came by some time later, and Jae ordered Strawberry Tequila (I couldn't remember all the names, durnit). Tasted like Tempra to me :P

There was laughing, there was toasting, and there was more laughing, and there was bonding. There was even screaming.

By the time I was getting seriously tipsy, I got a text (we've been texting for some time since I left) from Rocky saying he might not make it. He was doing a project for his Stat in his house, hammering away at the wood while I cautiously got myself hammered. I was bummed, so I took another sip, made a face and replied that he should put his project first.

Then the sneaky bastard walks in a minute after.

Many glomps later, we changed venues, and even stopped by Fully Booked. Dude, Mico was weirding out the guy at the door... after he had prolly weirded out whoever was driving the BM that passed him and the guard before that.

Rocky treated everyone to a round of beer after, and Ivick treated everyone to fries ^^ I couldn't enjoy much of either, especially the beer. I blame the raging headache... for which I blame the gin.

In the end, I gave way to another first.

I made myself barf in the bathroom, and durnit, all that really expelled itself was the yummy BBQ chicken Rocky ordered. Felt considerably better afterwards, and was even able to replace all the BBQ :P

And to end the climactic event... I went last-minute grocery shopping at SM, as requested by mum. Hay. At least Rocky stayed, though he was dead tired. Whoohoo. Sweet~

Lesson: DO NOT DRINK A FULL GLASS OF GIN. Add sprite first. *shakes fist*

Hooray! One whole month! I would have written this much sooner, but other things got in the way... events happen faster than I could write 'em down. Whoohoo. XD

It started perfect... and ended oh so nicely. Gwah. Twas so much fun, and hell, Rocky's so romantic. Not mushy. Romantic. Seriously. If there had been background music the whole time I would have believed the whole thing was like the Korean shows I watch with my mum. *watches Rocky cringe*

After he picked me up from my house, we spent a good while playing... with his Wii. Never played with a Wii before. Never even seen a Wii. Whee. I especially enjoyed playing with the rabbids. Hehe... The lead rabbid was most especially fun to play with before I tried anything else, and I made sure to try his game first. He was so good! A little rough, really, but dude was whole thing awesome.

With the other rabbids, all that 'carrot-juice-squirting' and 'dancing' was gratifying... but hell was the jumping mini-game hard. Effingly so. I had to quit before I got as hooked as a sea bass with no hope and luck.

Making a Mii avatar was just as awesome. Durnit was that adorable. Had so much fun designing myself, and yes... I made sure I was of the right height. *cough*

After playing around I presented Rocky with another rabbid... hugging a poporing (which is me; I'm 'squishy') on a paper clay portrait... which I've been working on and off within a week... and which he loved. Yay! After we'd gone down (after his mum saw the portrait and like it too. Yayay!) he made me get water from the fridge.

I didn't see the water. After much directioning, involving him literally pointing my head in the right direction, I saw something colorful and pulled out a poring that said 'don't touch me!'. I touched, durnit, and after tearing the pretty paper... got Guy Lian chocos! My fave! Hootenanny! We didn't get water anymore :P

We went to Manila Pen after, because I really, really wanted to eat ice cream there with him for the longest time and because I made sure we were going. Realleh. After getting a Napoleon to go and a Choco Loco Kokomo, Rocky got blue. Blue-chipped, in fact. He actually found what looked like a broken blue pick in the sundae after few bites into it. Brought it the the waitress's attention, and got a new sundae. Whilst we waited, we discussed many things... one of them the possibility of the cook being a frustrated guitarist. A very frustrated guitarist. And Cabose from Red vs. Blue, who is the cutest. And the silliest. XD

Cabose: Sargeant! Look! A sleeping person!
Sarge: What? Oh macaroon! He's not sleeping son. He's dead.
Cabose: Oh good. At first, I thought that was me, because I am blue, and I like to sleep, but if he is dead that cannot be me. That would be silly.
Sarge: No doubt he's been killed by our very enemy!

A little later

Cabose: Look! More sleeping people! . . . It must be naptime!

We had our ice cream, and enjoyed the small surprise that it was FREE. All thanks to the blue chip. Thank you, oh chip of blue, and thank you for not going all the way down Rocky's throat. :D

Because our dinner was at a place I didn't know (twas a surprise) and the reservation was at 6, we went to La Fayette and watched the sun set. Partly, anyway, because buildings were in the way... didn't matter, really. It was fun just hanging around, and I even got to waddle around like a penguin! XD Don't ask me why. I never really know. Made him laugh though :D There was even a little re-enacting... and that made me giddy. Wheehee.

Dinner was at the 35th floor of the Citibank building (not the 47th, nor the 45th, but it didn't bloody matter; hell if I jumped from the 35th floor it still would've killed me), known as Le Soufflé. We ate... after much choosing... in the lovely ambiance of soft yellow lights, a great view and classical music... OSTRICH SALPICAO. With Three Cheese Fettuccine (made Four Cheese, with all the Parmesan we added). Man was it good. It was very good. It was so effing good, it was utterly delectably scrumptious. Then we had soufflé for dessert, which Rocky made clear was inferior to his own homemade version. I'm still waiting to taste that. :P

Spent the rest of the evening in his room, listening to more music while we snuggled on his bed. Twas then that I introduced Café del Mar's Northern Lights to his music palette, the darn song I was after for a year before I finally found out its bloody title. Twas the best 6 minutes ever.

Once we got to my house we spent a bit playing with Beh and Daphne. I felt so bad that I didn't have coffee. Rocky looked like he needed it. I offered coke, but alas. He wouldn't take it. So now I promise myself I shall make him drink coke to supply the caffeine he needs to assure me that he gets home. Awake. And alive.

Overall, it was a good monthsary. I went to bed smiling again. :D I only wish I remember to bring the bloody camera.

I LOVE YOU ROCKY!

*glomp*

Hee.

After almost two years, I finally met up with two elusive friends at the same time. After procrastinating for... ever, I finally faced the fact that I am not going to get above average grades this term. Gah. I enjoyed talking with my two little sisters again though, and the only thing that bites me is that I had a paper for my student-y self about.

I can't really bring myself to feel anything but guilt for letting my professors down. Mmm. I'll make up for it next term. Can't procrastinate then, nope. Really can't. Where's my inner nerd? Did she run away with the rest of my dwindling sanity? *peeks* Nope. Sanity's still chained down. Parts of it, anyway.

Besides, I have people besides professors I can't let down.

Now, after all that, I can't help but remember the term that breezed by. In fact, this is the fastest term that ever passed yet, and the most eventful. It's more eventful than most of my terms put together, and hey, that's saying something. It's me we're talking about.

Several sweet and tangy things made their way into my mouth, from sampaguita ice cream to Fettucini to Red Horse (fine, not sweet nor tangy. Not literally anyway)... to a lot of other sweet and tangy things.

I've been to (and fully enjoyed) several new places without my family, from Tagaytay La Salle Villa, the Manila Ocean park, Urdaneta Park, and the lovely roofdeck of La Faet. I've even been to the world of film, outfits and make-up (thanks Misihe!) The most memorable though... is painted blue. And airconditioned.

I've also met the one person I never thought I could care so much about, all things considered... one of them being the fact that I thought I was dead inside by now. For the first time in... practically ever, reality beat fiction. Hands down. Realleh. It's because of him that this term's become especially memorable, and durnit, if I wanna be mushy, I will be mushy when I feel like being mushy and there's nothing anybody can bloody do about it.

Never felt so good, bad, sad and flustered, so much at the same time that it's taken serious tolls on my system. Butterflies? Elephants? I had friggin' orcas swimming through my entrails.

I couldn't have met him at a better time, I believe. Otherwise... I might not have made it into the Lit program... He might not have gotten a 3.5 on his thesis... because I can't seem to stop, and (heehee) he doesn't seem to be able to either. Some proof of that is in a certain classroom, even, and now that I realize it... holy hell. I'll still be using that classroom!

I've found something better than coke, and better than gaming.

Better than what I imagined at all.

I love you, and you know that, right?

MUSHMUSHMUSH!

As for the next two weeks in succession... here's to finishing Fatal Frame II, and riding out my withdrawal with Niro as an unwilling substitute. *clings to bear*

. . .

*breaks out coke*

I never ate so much pasta so willingly. Never dipped bread into anything, either.

But then I never went out to have dinner for two, especially at one of the prettiest restos I've seen.

Never had rose tea. Never enjoyed looking around a bookstore without actually reading any books. Never laughed so hard at the word 'pants'.

Here's to hoping for more firsts! *happy wiggle*
